A small section of rainforest will have been levelled as you sift through endless property details looking for THE ONE. And when you’ve located it there’s the worry of keeping the sale moving forward at a reasonable pace. At Country Gate we have years of home-moving experience to call upon in helping you stay on top of yours.
At a price you can afford
Our services are designed around your needs and your budget. Tell us your priorities and we’ll offer a fully bespoke quality package at a price you can afford. You may only need limited support at key times- appraising a property, accompanying viewings, negotiating the sale or on moving day itself. Perhaps your property budget is relatively small. At Country Gate looking for a budget home does not mean a budget service.
Ethically
We believe in quality of service, good communication and transparency. All the professionals or contractors we recommend are independently checked and we receive no commission as a result of any recommendation.
We also care about the impact we have on the environment and our local community. As a result we use an ethical bank, suppliers with a strong fair-trade and environmentally friendly bias and support local businesses and charities.
A percentage of our profits is donated every year to homeless charities because we believe everyone deserves a decent home.
Looking after your interests
Unlike estate agents we work solely for purchasers. We’ll give you an honest appraisal of the property you’re thinking of buying and research the suitability of nearby schools, transport links, leisure facilities and other amenities. Once an offer has been accepted you can rely on us to keep your purchase moving forward and keep you in the picture. We can assist in organising your move, whether that’s managing the whole project or just providing an extra pair of hands on moving day.
Long after you’ve moved in
Whether you’re new to a property or have lived in it for years we know how difficult it can be to manage a programme of improvements, especially if you work long hours or have a young family to care for. We’ll put you in touch with independently recommended local tradesmen you can rely on.
