How it works...
Home finding
We do the legwork so you don’t have to. That means no daily internet searches, no weekends spent trailing around dozens of unsuitable properties and no missing out on your ideal property because it’s under offer by the time the details arrive in the post.
Register with us for up to six months for only £300. That’s it. No hidden extras.
If you successfully proceed to exchange of contracts you pay us a success fee. This works out at 1.5% of the purchase price of the property you are buying minus the registration fee, which we will refund to you.
Orientation Services
We are happy to undertake orientation tours, school /nursery searches and individual property appraisals for clients who do not require a full home finding service. This is can be charged on an hourly, half day or daily basis. Our current pricing structure is £35 per hour, £100 per half-day and £180 per day.
