Coming soon, Country Gate will offer gentle, solution-focused support for anyone who wants to shape their own end of life celebration — a chance to reflect on what matters most, put your wishes into words, and give those you love a clear and caring way to honour you.

Just as with our coaching sessions, this isn't about ticking boxes or following a script. It's a supportive, personal process, drawing on strengths and stories, at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions will be available in person, in and around Bath and Bradford on Avon, or remotely by video or telephone.
